On November 30, 2020, EMCORE Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release disclosing its financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2020. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Current Report”).
