JOINT FILING AGREEMENT
In accordance with Rule 13d-1(k) and Rule 16a-3(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, each of the undersigned hereby agrees to the joint filing on behalf of each of them of a statement on Schedule 13D (including amendments thereto) and any required statements on Form 3 or Form 4 with respect to the Common Stock of EMCORE Corporation.
