SIRU Series Unamplified Receivers

EMCORE’s Small Integrated Receiver Units (SIRU) are high-performance broadband receiver modules. Six RF operating bandwidths are available and the SIRU family features high optical input power of up to +12 dBm (15 mW).

The SIRU series modules are fully-integrated units that contain both high-frequency PIN photodiode and control electronics. Only DC input voltages and the optical signal are required for operation.
