EMCORE’s FOG Inertial Measurement Units deliver high-precision with up to ten times better performance than competing units depending on the model. The mature quartz technology in our QMEMS IMUs achieves up to five times the performance of competing alternatives and enables repeatable high-volume production of precisely machined sensor structures combined with the inherent large signal output and thermal stability of quartz materials to outperform other MEMS IMUs in low power, smaller, and lighter form factors.
